Your new role
This conveyancing solicitor role will see you head the conveyancing team. Your role will be to establish best practice, provide day to day management and support and help to grow the business. Joining a good sized team that has plenty of repeat work for a number of clients, your role will be focused on management rather than fee earning.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer. With a good track record over a number of years, you should be able to demonstrate experience of managing and supervising other solicitors and fee earners.
