These settings cater to pupils aged 7-16 with a range of emotional and behavioural challenges, often including trauma, anxiety, ADHD, or other complex needs. Role overview: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, your role will be vital in supporting students both academically and emotionally. You will help create a safe, consistent, and nurturing learning environment where students can build self-esteem, trust, and the confidence to re-engage with education.
