It’s hands-on experience supporting children and young people with: • SEMH needs • Autism and ADHD • Behavioural challenges • Trauma-informed support • Additional learning needs You’ll work in specialist schools, SEND settings, and alternative provisions, helping students regulate emotions, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with learning.
