We’re recruiting on behalf of a new domiciliary and live-in care provider in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to take full ownership of launching and growing a high-quality service, with strong support from a central office team.

Registered Care Manager Responsibilities:
Registering with the CQC and ensuring full regulatory compliance from the outset
Leading safe, high-quality care delivery tailored to individual client needs
Establishing care systems and processes to support efficient operations
Collaborating with the central office on recruitment, marketing, and business development initiatives
Driving the growth of private care packages by promoting service quality and building strong local relationships
Managing and supporting the care team to deliver consistent, person-centred care
Responding promptly to feedback, concerns, or safeguarding matters to maintain trust and quality
Registered Care Manager Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or live-in care
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Valid UK Driving Licence
