Are you a highly-skilled Quality Engineer with a passion for ensuring products not only meet, but exceed, customer expectations? Plexus is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in our success.
In this role, you\'ll be the primary driver of quality, working directly with customers to resolve complex issues and lead corrective actions. You\'ll use your expertise to guide cross-functional teams, implement continuous improvements, and ensure every product meets the highest standards. You won\'t just be checking boxes; you\'ll be a leader, a problem-solver, and a key partner in our mission to deliver world-class products.
What you\'ll do:
* Serve as the main quality contact for our customers.
* Lead the development and execution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and rework.
* Guide and mentor junior team members and cross-functional teams.
* Act as the Plexus lead for customer and internal audits.
What you\'ll bring:
* A minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role.
* Proven ability to proactively identify and solve complex problems.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage projects.
* A passion for data analysis and using it to drive improvements.
