Paint Sprayer Blue Arrow is recruiting for a Paint Sprayer on an ongoing contract for our prestigious client in the engineering/Fabrications industry in the ST10 area (Temp to perm for the right candidate). This would be ideal for someone that has worked in Manufacturing / Engineering and wants a role in which they can learn and develop. Start date: ASAP Location: Stoke on Trent (ST10) Working hours: Monday to Thursday 06:00-16:30 & Some Friday's 06:00-11:00 Pay Rate: £14per hour, overtime paid at £18per hour after 37 hours. Duties Include (but not limited to): Prepping surfaces for painting, cleaning, sanding and masking Filling in dents and smoothing out surfaces Mix paints and coatings to manufacturer Inspecting parts pre - paint to ensure a smooth finish Maintain spray equipment and tools in good working order Apply Primers, topcoats and specialist coatings using spray equipment Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Liaising with management team on faults / issues during early stages to ensure customer satisfaction What we are looking for: Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, but experience in a manufacturing / engineering role also considered If you have a Forklift license this would be advantageous but not essential Experience using hand tools A great attention to detail Willing to learn Great attitude towards work, taking pride in the results of your hard work Reliable and flexible Benefits of working for Blue arrow: Opportunity to work with a fantastic company - that look after their employees Dedicated consultant 24/7 phone line Your own Blue Arrow app to track and manage your hours / pay Weekly pay on a Friday Uniform and PPE provided if required If this role of interest and you wish to discuss further, please click apply now.
