Overview

The successful candidates will be responsible for undertaking two 'first' mortality reviews per month plus relevant 'second' reviews and discussions / attendance at meetings (a total commitment of almost four and a half hours a month). In addition, the appointees will play a key role in the delivery of the Trusts Learning from Deaths Policy and support the operational elements of that policy.


Responsibilities

* Undertake two 'first' mortality reviews per month.
* Undertake relevant 'second' reviews and participate in discussions and attendance at meetings.
* Support the delivery of the Trust's Learning from Deaths Policy and assist with its operational elements.


Eligibility and sponsorship

Please note that, in order to comply with the UK Government's rules on Skilled Worker sponsorship, any applicants who do not meet the eligibility requirements or concessions on salary thresholds under the Skilled Worker visa will not be eligible to receive sponsorship from the Trust.
