JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Interaction
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, and chat (non voice)
* Provide clear information on products and services
* Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications Issue Resolution
* Handle order-related complaints and returns
* Escalate complex issues to senior staff
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Record Management
* Update customer profiles accurately in CRM systems
* Assist in preparing customer service reports
Ideal Profile:
* You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech industry.
* You have working knowledge of Chat, Email and Cold calling
* You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
* You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
* You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
