Business Development Representative (United Kingdom, Hybrid)
Telent is looking for a new addition to the Sales & Marketing team as part of the Network Services division. We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Business Development Representative to join our team and help build and develop relationships within the Emergency Services, Public Sector, Government, Utilities, and Nuclear sectors. This role involves working through a Telent training plan and collaborating with our teams at Warwick and Camberley offices at least one day per week, alternating weekly.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a vital role in Telent’s go-to-market strategy. As you grow in this role, we’ll help you develop your career at Telent for years to come.
BDR - Responsibilities:
* Gain comprehensive knowledge of Telent, our offerings, and the markets we serve to educate prospects.
* Work closely with the Sales team to support the sales pipeline by researching target accounts and key stakeholders.
* Create and coordinate campaigns for prospect accounts based on territory research.
* Perform targeted outreach via phone, email, social media, and creative efforts to generate interest and promote our services.
* Follow up with inbound leads from marketing to convert them into meetings and new business opportunities.
* Analyze and report on weekly activities and pipeline efforts.
BDR - Requirements:
We seek resilient, driven, self-motivated candidates with relevant sales experience, especially outbound sales, and the ability to generate new leads. Experience in other industries is welcome. A university degree or equivalent, with some office experience, is preferred.
