Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Lead Mechanical Technician (LMech) to oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of planned preventative and reactive maintenance within a critical environment. This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for leading on-site mechanical operations while supervising internal technicians and specialist subcontractors. The successful candidate will play an active role in day-to-day engineering activities, participate in a shift rota, and support site leadership in maintaining the highest standards of technical performance, safety, and operational reliability across all mechanical systems.
