As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for executing payroll operations from data collection to final reporting across multiple European countries. You’ll work closely with payroll vendors, HR teams, and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. This is a great opportunity to grow your expertise in international payroll while contributing to process improvements and transitions.
Please be aware that this is a part-time position of maximum 24 hours per week. The distribution of hours/days will be determined in consultation with the manager of the role.

Your Mission
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various European countries.
* Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
* Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally.
* Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and reporting.
* Assist in payroll system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
* Provide timely and effective support to employees on payroll-related queries.
Skills and Capabilities Required
* Experience working in a complex, international organization.
* Familiarity with GDPR and data protection best practices.
* Strong planning, organizational, and results‑oriented mindset.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confidence using Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new tools.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
