Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of an Art curriculum that sparks passion and encourages exploration of diverse mediums.
* Support teachers in creating engaging and inspiring Art lessons.
* Promote the use of innovative artistic techniques and resources.
* Encourage student participation in art clubs, competitions, and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Fine Art or a related subject.
* Substantial experience teaching Art at secondary level, with leadership responsibilities.
* Proven ability to develop and implement engaging and inspiring Art curriculum.
* Strong understanding of diverse artistic practices and contemporary art.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
