About the Role The successful teacher will deliver Product Design, Engineering, and Resistant Materials across KS3–KS5, promoting innovation, craftsmanship, and critical thinking. They will design and deliver lessons that combine creative exploration with technical precision, enabling students to see design as both an artistic and problem-solving process. The role also includes opportunities to mentor students on extended design projects, run engineering challenges, and collaborate on cross-curricular STEM initiatives with the Maths and Science departments. Experience and Qualifications QTS/PGCE in Design & Technology, Engineering, or Product Design. Excellent technical and creative design ability. Knowledge of health and safety in workshop settings.
