Offer | £35,000 – £50,000 per annum + bonus
We are working with a well-established and respected firm who are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy property team. This permanent, full-time role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of residential transactions within a collaborative and supportive environment.
This position allows you to manage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and support staff, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent client service.
Typical duties would include:
* Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential transactions
* Acting on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders to progress matters efficiently
* Running files from instruction through to completion
* Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance throughout
The successful candidate will be:
* Experienced in residential conveyancing, ideally with 2+ years PQE
* Confident managing a caseload independently, with excellent organisational skills
* Detail-orientated, client-focused, and proactive in problem-solving
* Able to contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team
