Head of Transformation Office required by a leading Financial Services organisation. This is a permanent role based flexibly from their Swindon HQ (2 days/ week on site).
My client is embarking on an exciting transformation journey, you will ensure the seamless coordination, governance, and delivery of this agenda, driving enterprise-wide change, leading programme delivery and supporting the transformation strategy.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideally suited to someone with a strong programme delivery background and deep knowledge of financial services, who can zoom out to maintain strategic alignment, but also dive into individual initiatives when needed to unblock delivery and drive impact.
You will lead the Transformation Office with end-to-end ownership of the transformation roadmap, RAID, milestones, KPIs, resourcing, and value delivery. You’ll provide the essential structure and oversight needed to support cross-functional initiatives - covering digital, data, technology, operations, and regulatory change.
Applicants must have the following:
* Extensive experience in programme delivery and managing complex, cross-functional transformation portfolios
* Strong background in financial services - from management consulting or internal transformation leadership roles
* Proven ability to operate effectively in fluid, fast-paced environments with high change velocity
* Deep understanding of RAID, governance, resource management, and benefits tracking
* Strong knowledge of IT, regulatory, and operational transformation
* Experience applying value management frameworks and delivering against strategic KPIs
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a structured and proactive leadership approach

The salary of offer is up to £86,000 + £5,500 car allowance + bonus + excellent benefits package.
