About the Role
We're on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and proactive Dental Receptionist to be the first smiling face our patients see. You'll play a key role in keeping our practice running smoothly while delivering top-notch service to every visitor.
Your Daily Impact
Be the welcoming face – Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression.
Manage appointments like a pro – Keep our calendar organised and ensure smooth scheduling.
Handle patient inquiries – Whether in person, on the phone, or via email, you'll provide excellent support.
Keep records in check – Maintain and update patient information with accuracy.
Process payments & insurance claims – Ensure transactions are handled efficiently.
Support the team – Assist with essential administrative tasks to keep our office running seamlessly.
What We're Looking For
Previous administrative experience in a dental practice
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner.
A natural organiser with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in Dentally, Microsoft Office & office software.
