Overview
Working across our partners you will have the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience and develop new skills. Our Specialist Occupational Health Advisor role is predominantly case management based, but will also work as part of a duty rota and will carry out all of the responsibilities listed in the Candidate Pack below.
Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse with a post registration qualification in Occupational Health up to degree/diploma level that is recorded on the NMC register.
* Or demonstrable significant experience in occupational health.
* Experience in the public sector helpful but not essential.
* Strong organisational, teamworking and communication skills.
* Up-to-date knowledge of best practice in all areas of Occupational Health and familiarity with Health and Safety legislation.
* Ability to write policies and operating procedures, influence and persuade and be committed to strong customer care.
* Comfortable engaging with managers and staff at all levels.
