3. Acting as a role model within the MEP team, ensuring projects are delivered with a 'right-first-time' approach, with appropriate quality management procedures in place and adhered to.
Our Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) division:
Our MEP team are specialists in energy, sustainability, and engineering design. Most importantly, you’ll find us a lively, good-spirited team, passionate about what we do and enjoying each other's company – we’ll be sure to give you a warm welcome too! Check out our MEP project portfolio here.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

* Experienced team manager, including recruitment, wellbeing, performance, management, and development.
* Ability to win work and handle business operations such as marketing, commercial, and financial responsibilities.
* Sound knowledge of BIM processes, Revit, and IES/Amtech.
