Internal Sales Manager
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Salary: £35,000 + commission (£60,000 - £70,000 OTE)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and motivate an internal sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Monitor and evaluate performance through call monitoring, KPIs, and daily/weekly reporting.
* Conduct regular 1-to-1s and team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving revenue and growth within these and demonstrating to the team best practice
Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies, driving growth
