As a Hot Tub Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional hot tub service to our guests, ensuring maximum quality. You will work with a positive attitude with hands-on involvement and support the Accommodation Manager in maintaining high standards.
What will I be doing?
As a Hot Tub Assistant at The Mole, your responsibilities include:
* Preparing hot tubs for guest arrival, ensuring hygiene and compliance standards are met.
* Assisting with the upkeep and cleaning of all hot tubs during turnover days.
* Carrying out routine maintenance and ensuring the guest experience is prioritized.
* Knowledge of hot tub requirements, including chemical handling and COSHH regulations.
* Following operating procedures and risk assessments to provide efficient service.
* Reporting stock needs and major maintenance issues to the maintenance manager.
* Dealing with guests professionally, anticipating needs, and providing excellent service.
* Adhering to Health and Safety regulations, manual handling, and COSHH requirements.
* Communicating effectively with other departments and promoting resort facilities.
* Complying with brand standards, attending training, and following management requests.
* Following the hotel’s emergency, evacuation, security policies, and environmental initiatives.
