A 4-star, 2 AA Rosette country house hotel near Keswick is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their small, passionate kitchen team.
Set in the heart of the Lake District, the hotel is known for delivering elegant, modern British dining using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. What You’ll Do
* Take charge of your section during prep and service
* Deliver consistently high standards in line with 2 AA Rosette expectations
* Contribute to seasonal menu development
* Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
* Work closely with senior chefs and support junior team members

* Experience in a quality-driven kitchen, ideally at 1–2 Rosette level
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for food
* Calm under pressure and confident in running a section
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional kitchen
