Cloud Network Consultant – Remote – 6-month Contract – Outside of IR35
My Customer is looking for an experienced Cloud Network Consultant to support a large-scale Disaster Recovery (DR) transformation programme. This role will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and validating network connectivity for DR routed through Azure, ensuring seamless integration between Azure and on-premise Data Centres.
You will work closely with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to enhance network resilience, increase connectivity, and ensure DR services are fully operational and recoverable through Azure.
Key Skills & Experience from the Cloud Network Consultant:
1. Outside of IR35
2. Strong Network Engineering / Consulting background
3. Proven Azure Networking experience (VNETs, VPN, ExpressRoute, routing, NSGs, load balancing)
4. Experience designing networks for Disaster Recovery solutions
5. Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Cisco networking technologies
6. Solid understanding of hybrid networking (Azure ↔ Data Centre integration)
