We are currently working with a large healthcare provider in the appointment of an interim senior operations and change management professional, this individual will be focused on the improvement and development of Pharmacy Services and therefore must have experience within this specialist area. The key focus within this role is the immediate development and improvement of the current service provision, including a rapid review of current staffing provisions and operational processes within a busy retail environment. This individual must be able to assume responsibility for day-to-day management of the service at times, to understand the current challenges faced operationally in order to develop solutions that can be implemented rather than just recommended. As a senior leadership figure also ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations while driving service development and team performance.
