Software Sales Consultant – Cloud Transformation (Remote, UK)
We’re looking for a driven Software Sales Consultant to join a growing team focused on helping dental practices across the UK transition from legacy on-premise systems to a cloud-based platform. If you're passionate about SaaS, thrive in a consultative sales environment, and love solving operational challenges for clients, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading sales conversations with existing customers to support their migration to a cloud-based practice management platform.
* Uncovering customer needs through discovery and using insights to reframe their thinking.
* Delivering product demos highlighting workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
* Managing expectations and guiding customers through technical and operational differences between platforms.
* Owning 30–40+ qualified sales opportunities monthly, with support from SDRs, Customer Success, and Tech Support teams.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong consultative sales skills—asking the right questions and selling with insight.
* Experience in longer, complex sales cycles.
* Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology or similar insight-driven approaches.
* Self-starter mindset, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Background in SaaS or tech sales preferred.

* Confident, assertive, and customer-focused—like a Captain, Maverick, or Persuader.
* Not an order-taker; challenges the status quo and delivers real value.
* Diligent, detail-oriented, and adept at managing workflow changes with clients.
