Contract:Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

These include initiatives linked to Decent Homes, Decarbonisation, and Retrofit works.You will ensure housing assets are improved in line with agreed standards and meet all regulatory and compliance requirements, including Homes Englands Decent Homes Standard. Acting as a technical expert, you will lead on budgetary control, contract management, and service delivery, ensuring excellent customer outcomes, value for money, and high-quality performance.You will also provide professional building and investment advice, supporting senior managers with technical insight and informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities
