This is an exciting opportunity to shape local health services, lead meaningful change, and work at the forefront of innovation in primary care.
You will lead the operational delivery of key services across the PCN, including Enhanced Access, ARRS workforce development, and digital transformation programmes such as EMIS Hub, cloud telephony, and digital triage. This role combines hands-on coordination with strategic leadership and system-level collaboration.
Based in Rural Shropshire and supported by a proactive team and federation infrastructure, this role offers variety, autonomy, and impact. You will work closely with clinical leaders, practice managers, and wider stakeholders to improve patient outcomes, reduce inequalities, and future-proof local care.

No two days are the same, and you will work with people across all levels of the health system.
We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds including operations, service improvement, IT, practice management, digital transformation, programme delivery, NHS admin and beyond. If you are highly organised, people focused, confident with systems, and enjoy making things work better for staff and patients, this could be your ideal next step.

We are an integrated community-based team delivering a range of additional services such as extended hours appointments, paramedic home visiting and first contact physiotherapists to name just a few. By working together, we can proactively offer more effective and efficient services that meet our patient needs.
