My client produces menus that evolve with the seasons, offering dishes that reflect the best ingredients available at their peak, cookedin their wood fired kitchen whilst enjoying great organic wines and botanic cocktails.
The Head Chef role offers:-
* Competitive salary of between £40,00pa and £45,000pa

The ideal Head Chef will:-
* Ensure consistency and quality in every dish
* Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff. Leads the kitchen team.
* Responsible for menu planning, inventory, and supply management
* Meets high standards of food hygiene and professionalism and trains your team to learn new cooking techniques.
