Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Content Specialist – Catalog Operations to support day-to-day content publishing and provider management activities. This role sits within the Catalog Operations team and plays a critical part in ensuring the timely and accurate publication of digital content across global marketplaces, particularly within EU5 and APAC regions.You will act as a key point of contact for content providers, manage operational workflows, and help maintain high service levels across publishing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external content providers
* Manage provider communications, ensuring timely responses to queries and escalations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with provider teams
* Monitor content publication schedules and ensure timely delivery
* Process and resolve queries within agreed SLA timelines
* Support weekly reporting on provider performance and operational metrics
* Manage and resolve errors and tickets within publisher queues
* Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate operational or technical issues
* Assist with content ingestion and metadata issue resolution
* Collaborate closely with the Catalog Operations Manager and cross-functional teams
Typical Day
* Monitoring and responding to provider queries (30–40% of time)
* Reviewing publication schedules and flagging risks
* Processing metadata updates and content corrections
* Escalating complex technical issues
* Supporting onboarding of new providers
This is a highly collaborative role with daily interaction across teams, balanced with autonomy in managing routine operations.
