Day Security Supervisor
Location: London, EC1V
Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We’re currently seeking a Day Security Supervisor to join our team, ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property across our estate. You’ll play a vital role in delivering a secure, welcoming, and professional environment, whilst supporting the concierge team and managing a team of night staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the security team, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest standard and in line with site policies.
* Conduct regular patrols and inspections across internal and external estate areas, including car parks, walkways, gardens, and communal spaces.
* Manage access control, monitor CCTV, and handle visitor and contractor sign-ins in accordance with procedures.
* Act as the first response to emergencies such as fire alarms, intrusions, or health and safety incidents.
* Oversee the training and development of staff, ensuring site procedures and systems are understood and adhered to.
* Maintain accurate records in security logs and support the facilities and general management team with daily reporting.
* Collaborate with concierge and other service providers to deliver a seamless, ‘one-team’ approach to estate management.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new security personnel.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in a supervisory security role within a high-end residential or customer service environment.
* Confident in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and relevant legislation.
* Able to manage tasks and projects independently under pressure.
* Experienced in engaging with clients and delivering high levels of service.
