The Role We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to develop and grow our portfolio of strategic French clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to take our French business to the next level, making a difference by providing excellent account management and growing revenue from this essential client base that uses our leading social media job advertising and sponsored job posting solutions. You will join a growing team of 7 people and work alongside our B2B marketing and delivery teams. You will have the opportunity to drive your own growth and that of the company through the following responsibilities: Managing our French-speaking Enterprise clients as well as Media Buying Agencies. Building effective working relationships with the existing client portfolio and ensuring a smooth transition between the new business phase and account management. Conducting effective demonstration and onboarding sessions with new and existing users to ensure strong adoption of our innovative product range. Understanding clients' success motivations and working to meet their needs. Using your analytical skills to track the progress of recruitment campaigns, identify and anticipate issues, and proactively resolve them. Taking responsibility for account development goals and their growth within the business. Requirements Key Requirements We don't like putting people in boxes, but you will likely be able to demonstrate your experience or aptitude in most of the following areas: Native French speaker Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally, and the ability to build strong relationships. Technical skills to lead a structured product demo and the ability to tailor custom demos based on specific needs. A passion for high-quality customer service; you enjoy building lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients. A continuous improvement mindset. A strong work ethic, motivation, and passion, as well as organizational skills. Strong digital and technical skills, capable of analyzing and optimizing campaigns. Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Nice to have: A good understanding of the French online recruitment advertising market, or experience with performance ad tech in another sector.
