Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Breakfast Chef, able to work alone and used to early starts, who excels in cooking breakfasts to a high standard.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook breakfasts to order, ensuring food quality and presentation match the standards required
* Work closely with restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations and allergens legislation
* Monitor and maintain stock levels
* Maintain a clean and organised section
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef in a similar standard hotel or restaurant setting
* Familiarity with allergens legislation, food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail
* A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 25 per week
