Primary Responsibilities:
1- Whitespace outside of Amazon
1. Select “go to market” models on how to enter key marketplace players
2. Create rollout plan and timeline to implementMattel Marketplace strategy
3. Pilot Social E-commerce (e.g. TikTok Shop) and other E-commerce trends
2- Gross Billings
4. Manage Gross Billings to Marketplace responsible for all sell-in for the entire business
5. Works with Amazon Regional teams to define the above scope
3- Knowledge Sharing & Alignment
6. Work with Digital media teams to expand Digital media and sales test & learn models
7. Ensure Marketplace strategy/assortment is in line with markets’ and regional priorities
8. Give go/no-go lists to selling partners and internal teams
9. Work closely with partners to ensure mutual collaboration, sales growth and inventory optimization
10. Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends and sales opportunitiesSupplying and challenging decision makers with KPIs, data, insightsto enable quick alignment on strategy adoptionKeep business updated on highlights/learnings to ensure we are adopting and amplifying the whitespace
What We’re Looking For:
11. Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma desirable.
12. Demonstrable experience in Retail/FMCG/Sales/Marketing with proven experience dealing with Amazon/E-Commerce & Digital Marketing (2-3 years) in a multinational environment
13. Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
14. Highly competitive mindset & Business results oriented: ability to perform, to budget and manage forecast. Attention to detail and process affinity
15. Ability to build relationships within a matrix business environment and handle diverse audiences.
16. Agility, adaptability and emotional Intelligence.
17. Good project management skills and accountability
18. Ability to bounce back from learnings
19. Ability to operate within a fast-paced, matrix business environment
20. Proactive, positive, and innovative mind
21. Understanding of online/digital metrics
22. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
23. Fluent in English
