Job Title: PI Claims Executive (Construction)
Location: London or Bristol (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £70,000

Role Summary:
This is a newly created position within a busy and expanding construction-focused PI claims team. Designed to relieve senior leadership and enhance client delivery, the role offers the chance to take ownership of a complex caseload while playing a key role in client relationships and supporting junior colleagues. It’s a high-impact, client-facing position where you can shape how the role evolves as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of complex PI claims: Develop expertise across high-value construction and financial lines cases
* Act as a key client contact: Build trusted relationships and enhance client retention through service excellence
* Handle stakeholder interactions: Gain exposure to senior-level discussions and challenging scenarios
* Attend client meetings: Strengthen your commercial awareness and visibility within the market
* Support junior team members: Contribute to team development without direct line management responsibility
* Contribute to team growth: Play a part in shaping a developing function within a busy, evolving team
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience handling Professional Indemnity claims
* Strong exposure to construction, architecture, or engineering-related claims (preferred)
* Experience managing complex, high-value claims across PI, D&O, cyber, or financial lines
* Confident communicator with experience handling challenging stakeholders and client relationships
