The Role
They're looking for a sharp Sales Operations Coordinator to be the right-hand support to their Sales Director and wider sales team. You'll be the organised force that keeps their revenue engine running smoothly, managing critical processes and providing high-level administrative support that directly impacts the business. What you'll be doing:
Providing proactive support to the Sales Director and Account Directors
Managing deal registration processes with technology vendors
Working collaboratively with Account Directors to manage customer renewals
Preparing and delivering sales reports and performance metrics
Coordinating sales operations and ensuring processes run smoothly
Identifying improvements to enhance sales support processes
Providing flexible and ongoing support across all areas of the sales function, adapting to business needs as they evolve
What you'll need:
Strong IT knowledge and technical understanding - essential to support a tech sales environment
Solid background in managed services or IT solutions would be ideal - to understand the industry landscape
Natural relationship builder who can work effectively with internal teams and external partners
Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach to managing multiple priorities
Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
Cool head under pressure with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Self-starter mentality with bags of enthusiasm and initiative
Professional approach with discretion when handling sensitive information
Nice to haves:
Experience with vendor management processes
Background in contract renewals or account management
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce ideally) and sales reporting tools
Previous experience supporting senior leadership
