Eaton Syalon are currently partnering with a well established and growing organisation in Derby who are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their internal support function. This role would suit someone who is organised, reliable and confident working with systems, data and documentation.
You must be able to drive to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities may include:
* Maintaining accurate internal data and records
* Processing documentation, forms and system updates
* Managing shared inboxes, calls and general enquiries
* Producing written communications, spreadsheets and basic reporting
* Liaising with internal colleagues, suppliers and external contacts
* Supporting process improvements and efficiency
* General coordination and administrative tasks as required
About You:
* Previous administration experience is essential
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office
* Able to work in a confidential, professional and proactive manner
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
