Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 7 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry.
* 7 years of experience at an Advertising Agency, Supply Side Platform (SSP), or Demand Side Platform (DSP) directly managing digital media or programmatic agency relationships.
* Experience meeting/exceeding business goals in a media sales environment.
* Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.


Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience managing and growing technology partnership relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
* Experience interfacing with, and being a trusted partner for, C-level executives in partner companies.
* Experience with direct IO media buys.
* Experience with Connected TV.

Ability to communicate in French fluently, in order to work with partners.


About the Job

The Exchange Platforms team mission is to enable third-party real-time bidding (RTB) and Agency Buyer growth by providing scalable, consistent, and durable paths to accessing Google Partner inventory in real time.

As a Senior Agency Account Executive, you will be responsible for capturing new media budgets from marketer-facing teams at Agency Operating Companies. In this role, you will generate and maintain a robust pipeline of agency-based advertiser opportunities across a number of accounts and establish strong relationships while demonstrating thought leadership and industry expertise to solve business problems for our clients.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help enhance user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more.


Responsibilities

* Understand, build, and manage relationships with key decision makers and budget holders across the agency buyer landscape, at executive and operational levels.
* Develop business strategies to capture new demand from marketer-facing media teams across agency groups such as Programmatic, Investment, Planning, and Strategy.
* Secure, conduct, and win client prospect meetings and manage them from initiation to close agreements.
* Analyze market trends and client needs to create and pitch unique/customized media plans to high-profile programmatic and digital media buyers.
* Influence programmatic agreement setup decisions and establish a preferred relationship with each account.
