What tasks come with this role?
* Food Safety: Ensure full compliance to maintain our 5-star food hygiene rating. Collaborate with leadership and local EHO for monthly reviews.
* Team Training: Train and empower your kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality food in line with company specs.
* Leadership: Lead from the front, fostering a strong partnership with your Head Chef to build a positive, engaged kitchen team.
* Team Development: Inspire and develop the next generation of chefs, providing regular feedback and conducting one-on-ones.
* Menu Development: Engage in continuous improvement, presenting your ideas to management and the head chef
