Job Description
Lead poultry processing manufacturer part of a multi-national UK group, known for product quality and industry‑leading standards.
Role & Responsibilities
* Carrying out PPM, reactive & predictive maintenance/breakdown analysis
* Electrical & mechanical fault finding, repairs & PPMs
* Working on various high‑speed food production lines, processing & packaging machinery
* Site services & facilities maintenance
* Support project work and continuous improvement activities
* PLC & control panels - electrical fault finding & repairs
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Must be a multi‑skilled engineer – electrically biased
* NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 or higher in electrical engineering
* Be a problem solver, approachable, with good prioritisation skills
* Able to react to breakdowns effectively, safely and efficiently
* Both electrical & mechanical fault‑finding capabilities
* Comfortable working in poultry processing & production facility
* Ideally have experience in food, FMCG, industrial fast‑paced manufacturing
