Easton Tennis Centre is seeking a proactive and motivated Receptionist with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team in a busy and welcoming environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across all tennis programmes.
* Assist the management and coaching team with day-to-day operations.
* Carry out cashier duties and manage front desk enquiries.
* Ensure facilities are maintained to high standards, including health and safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
* A positive, customer-focused attitude.
* No prior tennis experience is required — full training will be provided.
* Work with students, staff, and members of the public; the role includes some evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.
