About the role Join the EFI Group as a Recruitment Assistant, where you will play a key role in delivering efficient, accurate, and customer-focused administrative support to the Recruitment and HR team. In this fast-paced role, you will support the full recruitment cycle through effective administration. This will include coordinating interviews, managing job postings, processing candidate applications, maintaining recruitment systems and records, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. You will also act as a first point of contact for recruitment queries, delivering a professional and responsive service to candidates and hiring managers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys managing multiple administrative tasks, and takes pride in delivering a seamless recruitment and admin experience. About you: Qualifications: Minimum of a Grade C/4 in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent), alongside a relevant degree (desirable) and professional experience. Experience: Experience in a fast-paced administrative role is essential. Previous experience as an HR or Recruitment Administrator/Assistant, or a strong interest in moving into this area is desirable. Expertise: Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and provide clear, concise, and professional guidance to a wide range of stakeholders. Confident in managing queries, adapting communication style as needed, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
