We are selective in the projects we take on and proactive in seeking out where our exceptional engineering teams can make the most impact. We’ve doubled year on year since our founding in 2023, and we aim to do so again in 2026. That means we’re actively hiring across electronics, FPGA, mechanical, firmware, software, physics, HPC infrastructure, and DevOps — plus exceptional talent in any discipline.
As an Operations Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement hyper-optimized and AI-assisted systems that enhance our R&D processes, focusing on manufacturing, systems, testing, and engineering workflow.
About you

* A strong background in hardware engineering.
* Proficiency in coding and software development, with an eagerness to learn new languages and tools.
* Practical experience with GD&T and fully defined engineering drawings
* Experience in manufacturing and operations
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
