IT Support - Belfast - £30,000 - £34,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare
A growing multi-site private healthcare organisation in Belfast is seeking an IT Support professional to join its internal team.
This is a hands-on role supporting a modern clinical environment across two Belfast locations. You will work closely with the IT Manager to maintain systems, support users, and contribute to ongoing digital transformation projects - including the transition towards paperless operations.
This is not a high-volume ticket desk role. It offers varied exposure across infrastructure, business systems, hardware, and automation initiatives within a close-knit, people-focused organisation.
The Role
You will:
* Provide day-to-day IT support to internal staff
* Troubleshoot hardware, clinic machines and user devices
* Install and configure systems and equipment
* Support CRM and scheduling systems
* Assist with process improvements and paperless initiatives
* Work across two Belfast sites (approx. 10-15 minutes apart)
* Collaborate with an outsourced IT provider where required
You will be the second internal IT hire, working directly alongside the IT Manager.
What We're Looking For
* Previous IT Support experience (1-3+ years ideal)
* Experience working with a CRM system
* Strong hands-on troubleshooting ability
* Comfortable working directly with end users
* Proactive, approachable and personable
* Full driving licence and access to a car
* An IT qualification or degree is desirable but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
* £30,000 - £34,000 base salary

During the initial probation period, the role will be predominantly onsite to allow for training and integration.
