Private Client SolicitorLewes Salary up to £60,000 plus benefits packageI am currently working with an established law that are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their Lewes office, they are seeking an NQ through to 4PQE max to join the team.The role offers the chance to work within a highly regarded Private Client team, advising UK and international private individuals, including high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs. The firm is known for its exceptional service and top rankings in the legal sector.Key responsibilities include:
* Estate planning, including wills and lifetime giving advice
* Trust creation, administration, and termination
* Probate and estate administration, including Deeds of Variation
* Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney
The ideal candidate will have:
* Around 5 years' PQE as a qualified solicitor
* Experience or knowledge of trust taxation (advantageous)
* Strong organisation, attention to detail, and client-focused professionalism
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively
* Experience supervising junior team members is a plus
