This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile scheme comprising residential, retail, and commercial elements, supporting delivery through to final account. The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take commercial responsibility for key work packages across the project. Key responsibilities include: Managing subcontract procurement from tender through to award Preparing and reviewing subcontract documentation Cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting Managing valuations, variations, and change control Risk management and value engineering Ensuring strong commercial governance in line with contract requirements Liaising with site teams, consultants, and the client Supporting final accounts and project close-out The Candidate We are keen to speak with commercially driven professionals who have: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor Strong background in mixed-use, residential, or large-scale commercial schemes Experience on projects £20m+ preferred Sound knowledge of JCT contracts Excellent negotiation an...
