Sales Administrator - Part-Time (20hrs per week)

As our Sales Administrator, you'll provide essential support to the sales team by handling the admin tasks that keep everything moving smoothly. From preparing quotes to managing supplier orders, your organisation and attention to detail will free up the team to focus on client conversations and growth.
This is a part-time role (20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day), offering flexibility and a great balance if you're looking to fit work around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
* Manage the Sales inbox and handle sales-related enquiries
* Prepare quotations and process sales orders
* Liaise with suppliers to check pricing and availability
* Maintain and update customer records in our CRM/PSA systems
* Schedule and organise Technology Business Reviews
* Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Project Reviews
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Marketing Support (Sales-Focused Tasks)
* Assist with client communications (updates, offers, renewals)
* Schedule networking events for the sales team
* Coordinate email campaigns (no content creation required)
* Keep marketing banners and email signatures up to date
* Help ensure our website/blogs are refreshed with pre-provided content

Nice to Have
* Experience using CRM tools like Zomentum or HubSpot
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Sage, or other business tools
* Understanding of basic marketing principles (though not essential)

Requirements
* Proven experience in administration (sales or general office admin)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
