Location: Camphill Blair Drummond, Stirling, UK
Hours: 15 Hours Per Week
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Reporting To: Residential Care Leader
The Role:
As a Homemaker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ wellbeing and independence by maintaining a clean and nurturing home environment. You’ll assist with domestic tasks, meal preparation, and social activities, helping to create a space where everyone feels valued and included.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Domestic Support: Maintain cleanliness, assist with cooking and laundry, and encourage resident participation.
2. Resident Wellbeing: Build trusting relationships, promote independence, and support life skills development.
3. Social Engagement: Facilitate activities, celebrations, and shared experiences within the community.
4. Teamwork: Work closely with our house teams to provide holistic support.
