We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Administrator with strong import and export expertise to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to make an immediate impact within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as customs and data coordinator for all UK operations
Process and clear all customs entries into the UK for the company’s entities
Collaborate with the service department to manage temporary imports within inward/outward processing special procedures
Ensure accuracy and compliance of all customs declarations for UK entities
Reconcile weekly deferment statements and maintain precise records
Maintain accurate documentation within bill of discharge returns prior to submission
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in import/export operations and customs procedures
Strong knowledge of UK customs regulations and special procedures
Experience with customs declarations and deferment processes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration

Contract Details
Duration: 6-week temporary assignment with review after 4 weeks
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (flexible days by agreement)
