Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Darlington

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + 20% Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with regional sales teams to:
* Drive Innovation: Help reclassify materials from waste to product through lab testing, compliance specs, and regulatory alignment.
* Bridge the Gap: Translate bold commercial ideas into practical, standards-compliant solutions.
* Champion New Materials: Enable the use of innovative materials in a way that’s both commercially viable and environmentally responsible.
* Grow: This is an individual contributor role to start, but with plans for team expansion, you could be leading it.
What We’re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge:
* Background in compliance, laboratory work, or technical operations (preferred over traditional sales).
* Understanding of mineralogy, aggregate gradings, and material properties.
* Exposure to aggregates or construction materials is a big plus.
* Sales experience is not essential we’ll support your development if you bring the right attitude.
