Your new role
Whilst the role will be extremely varied, typical responsibilities could include:
* Manage software products, including updates and customisation.
* Implement and evaluate BIM-related software and technologies.
* Stay updated on best practices for Revit Architecture and other BIM software.
* Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards.
* Maintain software templates and ensure quality control.
* Automate routines to support standards and productivity.
* Chair the BIM committee and report on implementation.
* Provide hardware and network support.
* Troubleshoot issues and liaise with vendors and support staff.
* Coordinate project standards, assist in setup, modelling, and detailing.
* Resolve design issues and manage digital documents.
* Participate in industry organisations and events.
What you'll need to succeed
* 4+ years BIM/Revit MEP experience
* In-depth working knowledge of current Revit and BIM applications
* Experience of relevant software such as Revit, Navisworks & BIM360
* Experience of computational tools such as Dynamo and its benefits are desirable
* Have a good working knowledge of industry standards such as ISO:19650 BS1192, PAS1192 and associated documents
