Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons that align with the National Curriculum
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
* Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student performance and progress
* Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school events
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Spanish language teaching
Minimum Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in Spanish or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Previous experience teaching Spanish at primary or secondary level
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Familiarity with classroom technology and software applications for teaching Spanish.
Salary: Paid to scale on MPS / UPS
